Q1: How to participate?
Please refer to the "Brief" section on the official competition website.
Q2: Can submitted entries be deleted?
Can be deleted and resubmitted before the submission deadline for the event announcement.
Q3: How will the organizers notify the participants of their winning?
1. Please respond to private messages on social media platforms (such as Instagram/Little Red Book) within 5 working days; 2. Publish the award announcement poster and tag the winner in the comments.
Q4: Can I use my mobile phone to take pictures for the competition?
No.
Q5: Must the entries use Thypoch photographic lenses?
You can use any brand of lens, lens adapters are allowed, and there are no format restrictions.
Q6: Should I post one message or multiple messages?
Either is fine. It is recommended to include multiple pictures in one post.
Q7: Do I still retain the copyright of my entry? Can the organizer use my entry?
Participants still retain core copyright such as commercial rights to their works; once submitted, the entries grant Thypoch the free license to display, report, and promote the works during the competition period and in subsequent TPA-related events. Thypoch promises to credit the photographer under all published images.
Q8: What are the evaluation criteria?
Primary considerations: visual aesthetics and artistic expressiveness; technical expressiveness (including: exposure, depth of field, color/tone reproduction, contrast, and use of light, among other factors).
